30-Day Return Policy
Returns may be requested within 30 days from the shipment date of your order.

Socks & Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons, socks are eligible for return or exchange only if they are completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Once socks have been worn or washed, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quality Check Before Shipping
Every item is carefully inspected by MURATTI HOUSE before it is packed and shipped to ensure that it meets our quality standards.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe that you received an item with a manufacturing defect or received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide details and, when requested, photos of the item.

We will review the issue. If a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, MURATTI HOUSE may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
